what's the point?
excellent question... not sure! all i know is i love to make things and love to learn. they say baking is a science and, yes, to a degree it is, but there is so much feeling and learned intuition with baking. also with all this food is a whole lotta energy which i spend generously with my friends and the great outdoors. i hope to do something really cool and widespread with my skills in the kitchen - i'm delving into education at the moment but still have a yearning to start my own business. so watch this space!

i get this question a lot so I want to address it. this is a foccacia that i made in 2025, it's pink as i added betroot powder. the orange is chilli oil. once cooked the colour all but disappeared! hence why i only share the uncooked pics lol
